I am a career artist. I have used just about everything pictured. I STILL USE quite a number of these critters. As a matter of fact, I am currently in the middle of producing illustrations for a children's book. I am using many of these tools daily. I DO Also use my scanner, and printer and Photoshop in some unorthodox ways to get what I want in my end result, but admittedly my techniques are an amalgam of twisted tool relationships. Hey, whatever gets the job done(well). I have 2 multi-blade kits and about 7 or 8 just lying around in case of an X-Acto emergency.Oh I still use my blades too... just last week, I had to measure the angle for a box I was recreating on the computer, so I went to my office and grabbed the protractor, then found a .jpg and imported that into my program to match the angle I needed...
