VERY much in the style of GPA Healy. He often painted from other paintings or even photos, so this was most likely NOT a life sitting.

A good price for a previously unknown work by an American Master! Makes me wonder where it has been in its life...

I could not find a signature . It is labled "EDGAR ALLAN POE" by G.P.A. HEALY.
Doesn't even look like him.
